# We purchased this car from its second owner. He bought it at the Mercedes dealer in Fort Lauderdale in 1980, at which time it had about 75,000 miles. The car has lived in Avalon, New Jersey and Jupiter, Florida since then. The speedometer reading is now 131,253 which reflects the actual miles. Our own records indicate that the last owner drove it only 14,000 miles since 1999. $ 0 |

# Engine just replaced with correct type (M130.980), two years newer, that was overhauled 4,000 miles ago with new pistons, rings, valves, bearings, camshaft and followers. My own 1972 280SE donated it. Starts easily, runs well, quiet, does not smoke. No leaks beyond normal seepage. Transmission, brakes, steering operate normally. Exhaust is in good condition. The radio is the ORIGINAL Becker Europa AM/FM and is functional. Everything meets or exceeds the stricter New Jersey State Inspection safety standards that were in effect until last year. $ 0 |

# Interior: Leather is in good condition, showing some normal wear, no cuts or rips. Seat upholstery was replaced approximately ten years ago with top quality leather from GAHH in California. Dash wood is in show condition, just re-veneered by Madera Concepts. Cabriolet top and its headliner are in good condition. All glass is in good condition, power windows are operable. $ 0 |

# Body: Very good condition, all body work done and refinished to a very good driver quality, by Performance Auto Painting of Frazer, Pennsylvania, in its original DB 728 "Beige Metallic." The few rust spots in frame/floor have been repaired by cutting and welding in new steel. Front bumper support and crossmember are new. Nothing is hidden- we finished the bottom with only a light coat of protectant. $ 0 |
